1. About the masterclass

The Fear to Confidence Masterclass is a free live online session of approximately 90 minutes, hosted by Radheyshyam of Corporate Confidence Club, covering the Discover, Decode and Develop framework for building confidence.

2. Registration and eligibility

Registration is free and subject to available seats.

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• You must provide accurate name, email and WhatsApp details so that we can send your joining link.
• Seats are limited and registration may close once the room is full.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration where these terms are not met.

3. Attendance and technical requirements

You are responsible for your own internet connection, device and software required to join the session. We are not liable for your inability to attend because of a technical issue on your side, or for interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

4. Free resources and licence

Registrants receive access to the ChatGPT prompt pack, the AI Niche Finder tool and the personality framework worksheet. These are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or repackage them, and all intellectual property in them remains ours.

5. Recording and content ownership

The session may be recorded. All session content, slides, frameworks, resources and website material are owned by Corporate Confidence Club and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not record, reproduce or distribute the session without our prior written permission.

6. No guarantee of results

The masterclass is educational in nature. Any examples, testimonials or outcomes described are illustrative and are not a promise of results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances and application of the material.

7. Not professional advice

This is confidence coaching and personal development content. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for treatment from a qualified professional. If you are experiencing significant distress, please seek appropriate professional support.

8. Optional paid programmes

A paid programme may be mentioned during or after the session. Participation is entirely optional and is governed by separate terms provided at the point of purchase.

9. Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour during the live session and in the WhatsApp group. We may remove any participant who is abusive, disruptive, or who uses the group to spam or promote unrelated offers.

10. Changes, cancellation and liability

We may reschedule, modify or cancel a session; if we do, registrants will be notified by email and offered the next available date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the masterclass or this website is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For any question relating to these terms, contact us through the email address used to send your registration confirmation.
