• Your full name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Your self-selected professional profile and your stated primary challenge.
• Technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate location and pages visited.
• Attendance data such as whether you joined the live session or watched the replay.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the masterclass you registered for and to stay in touch about related coaching content.

• Sending your confirmation email, Zoom joining link and session reminders.
• Adding you to the attendee WhatsApp group where resources and reminders are shared.
• Sending the replay recording and the free resources promised during the session.
• Tailoring the live examples and follow-up content to the profiles and challenges attendees selected.
• Sending occasional emails about future masterclasses, programmes and offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Improving the website, the registration experience and the content of the session.

3. Communication and opt-out

By registering you consent to receive emails and WhatsApp messages relating to the masterclass. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may leave the WhatsApp group at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the masterclass — for example webinar hosting, email delivery, messaging and analytics providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
